Who We Are

What Data We Collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver work.

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry form: name, email, phone number and the property address relevant to the project.
• The content of your enquiry, including project descriptions, photographs and plans you choose to send us.
• Technical and usage data collected by analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

Why We Use It and Our Legal Basis

Each use of your data has a defined lawful basis.

• Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Delivering and managing renovation work — performance of our contract with you.
• Site analytics and service improvement — our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
• Accounting, warranty and legal records — compliance with our legal obligations.

Who We Share It With

We never sell your data. We share it only with the suppliers needed to run our business: our website and email infrastructure providers, our analytics provider (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager), and — where a project requires it — subcontracted trades, architects or Building Control. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to completed work, including invoices and warranty documentation, are retained for six years to meet HMRC and contractual obligations.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, plus an embedded Google Map on the contact and footer areas. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally without them.
